Delivery Methods:
Purchases made through the Site will be delivered via home delivery. The cost will be detailed during the purchase process. By purchasing, the User accepts and acknowledges that they are contracting the services of a third-party company for the transportation of the purchased products.
The shipping cost depends on the dimensions of the product(s) purchased and the delivery address. Users will be duly informed of the price during the purchase process, prior to confirmation. Said cost will be added to the products and services purchased, as detailed in the corresponding invoice. Order confirmation and online payment shall imply the Users’ acceptance of the informed shipping cost, and consequently, of the total amount of the corresponding invoice, which will be sent to the registered email provided in the order.
The delivery time depends on the delivery address and the location of the warehouse from which the products are shipped.
Invoicing:
The User must provide their billing information prior to placing a Purchase Order.
Warranty:
The legal warranty period is six (6) months. All products include the manufacturer’s warranty, which may exceed the legal period.
Right of Withdrawal:
For purchases made through the Site, Users have the right to revoke the purchase within ten (10) calendar days, counted from the date of payment or receipt of the product, whichever occurs last. If the deadline falls on a non-business day, it shall be extended until the next business day.
The User must notify their decision to withdraw from the purchase and, if applicable, immediately return the product within the mentioned period.
The notification must be made through the Site, using the designated button for that purpose.
The returned product must be in perfect condition, including all accessories and original packaging. Once the product is received, these conditions will be verified, and only if the requirements are met will the refund be processed.
Refunds due to withdrawal will be made immediately if the withdrawal occurs before the product is received, or after verifying the required conditions for the returned product. The refund will be made through the same payment method used in the order, although delays may occur due to the policies of financial institutions.
The User acknowledges and accepts that the use of the withdrawal button does not entitle them to product exchanges but solely to the revocation of the purchase.
Site Operation and Security. Indemnity:
The Site may only be used for lawful purposes. The User agrees to hold Zouros harmless from any type of extrajudicial, administrative, or judicial claims by third parties arising from the User’s use of the Site.
Users are prohibited from violating, breaching, and/or otherwise affecting the normal operation and security of the Site, including but not limited to:
- Accessing data not intended for that User or accessing an account that the User is not authorized to access.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network, or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.
- Attempting to interfere with service to any User, computer, or network, including, without limitation, by sending a virus to the Site, overloading, flooding, spamming, mailbombing, or crashing.
System or network security violations may result in civil or criminal liability. Zouros will investigate incidents that may involve such violations and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users involved.
The User agrees not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or any activity conducted therein. The User further agrees not to use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, or avatars) to navigate or search the Site other than the search engines and search agents provided by Zouros on the Site, or generally available third-party web browsers (e.g., Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Google Chrome, among others).
The User and/or occasional visitor of the Site expressly acknowledge and accept that any act, omission, or conduct related to the above and capable of affecting the security and/or normal operation of the Site is sufficient to cause Zouros considerable damages, including but not limited to loss of profits due to downtime and/or decreased sales, harm to its brands, commercial image, loss of clientele, etc.
Intellectual Property, Copyrights, and Trademarks:
Unless otherwise indicated, copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, and/or other intellectual property rights over all content of the Site, including texts, products, processes, technology, content, and other materials, are owned, controlled, or licensed by Zouros and are protected by Argentine law and international intellectual property treaties.
Access to this Site does not grant any license with respect to any intellectual property rights of Zouros or any third party, except with the express authorization of Zouros.
The names and logos of Zouros and all related products and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of Zouros. All other marks are the property of their respective owners. No trademark or service mark license is granted in connection with the materials contained in this Site. Access to this Site does not authorize anyone to use any name, logo, or mark in any way.
Scope of Application:
These terms and conditions apply to all sales of products and/or services to be carried out by Zouros.
Agreement:
Acceptance of these terms constitutes an agreement between the User and Zouros. The headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for reference purposes only and in no way define or limit the scope of the provisions they describe. If any provision is deemed unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
